What you are using

Kaizen Finance lets you keep a private record of accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, and notes. It does not hold deposits, send payments, issue cards, lend money, invest, or act as a financial adviser. Numbers in the app are the numbers you entered, plus the totals the app calculates from them.

Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping a backup. A lost, replaced, or reset phone can lose records that exist only on that phone. Local backup and Google Drive backup are described in the guide and the Privacy Policy.

Lifetime Pro

Reports are an optional one-time purchase on Google Play, product id lifetime. There is no monthly or yearly plan in this version. Price, tax, and refunds follow Google Play’s rules in your country. Restore Purchases uses the Google account that bought it.

The ledger, budgets, goals, backups, and app lock do not require Pro.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own records. Do not try to break the app, interfere with Play billing, or use the website to send unlawful content to the support address.

Availability

The app is provided as it is. Features can change between versions. The website can be updated, and the Google Play listing can open later than this site. An offline copy on your phone does not depend on this website staying online.

Liability

To the extent the law of the Philippines allows, John Paul Arellano is not liable for decisions you make from your records, for data you did not back up, or for Google services you connect. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law says cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. If a court sets one sentence aside, the rest still applies.
